On the day we visited, there was a big festival on the grounds of the schloss. Since everyone was out at the fest, hardly anyone was inside. This allowed me the perfect opportunity to learn practical momentum skills. I learned if you run fast in your pressed wool slippers, you can slide really far on slick inlaid floors. I must have slid 15-20 feet at speeds up to 95mph. Very good exercise to strengthen tower climbing muscles. As time went by this became my primary warm up excercise (whenever there was a suitable floor nearby).

Most people are afraid to go 95mph in their slippers. Admit it I am FEARLESS.

So how come you went to a castle in your slippers? Shocking!
Ah good question. If you can read the tiny print on the travel journal page it says "there were big oversized slippers to wear over your shoes to avoid scratching the floor." Floor scratches interfere with speed and momentum.
The the paper theater looks enchanting. Did you shrink down and go in? What a great experience you had!
That sounds like so much fun!
I had hoped to shrink New Mexico man down- so I could make-believe he was a marionette. Alas, as it turns out the little theater was closed that day due to all of the Festing.
